Forecasts with a method
Use statistical or machine learning models to estimate demand, revenue, or capacity. Test on held-out historical periods, state assumptions, and monitor error; a fluent Copilot summary is not a validated forecast.
Make adoption measurable
We pilot a defined workflow, test with different user permissions, and train staff to review outputs. Sensitivity labels, DLP policies, and identity controls work together; classification alone does not guarantee that every AI integration enforces access. Review value, accuracy, and AI governance before expanding.

Can Copilot produce a reliable business forecast?
Copilot can help explore and explain information, but a forecast needs a defined method and evaluation. We use appropriate statistical or machine learning approaches, test against held-out history, and document assumptions and uncertainty.
